• Usage data: which features you use, credit consumption, generation history
• Content data: scripts, prompts, and project data you create
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the TubeGen service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (receipts, render notifications)
• To monitor service health and prevent abuse

Third-Party Services

TubeGen sends your content to the following third-party AI providers to generate output:

• Anthropic (scripts, analysis) — anthropic.com/privacy
• Google (images) — policies.google.com/privacy
• ElevenLabs (voiceover) — elevenlabs.io/privacy
• OpenAI (transcription) — openai.com/privacy

By using TubeGen, you acknowledge that your content is processed by these providers subject to their privacy policies.

Data Retention

Project data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.

Cookies

TubeGen uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights
