By accessing TubeGen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
TubeGen is an AI-powered video production platform for YouTube content creators. It uses third-party AI APIs (Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, OpenAI) to generate scripts, images, voiceover, and video assets.
Accounts and Credits
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits are consumed upon successful generation. Failed generations that result in no usable output are not charged. Credits roll over month to month while your subscription is active.
Acceptable Use
You may not use TubeGen to generate content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service, infringes third-party intellectual property, constitutes harassment or hate speech, or violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by TubeGen is produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once consumed.
Limitation of Liability
TubeGen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
