FacelessMagic

How it works

One pipeline. Every stage on its own.

FacelessMagic runs the entire faceless YouTube pipeline — research, script, voiceover, visuals, animation, rendering, and thumbnails — from one place.

01

Research

Analyze competitors before writing a word — see what's already working.

Niche Profile

Analyzes video performance across competitor channels — thumbnails, hooks, pacing — into a viral recipe: title formulas, hook patterns, and anti-patterns to avoid.

Idea Generator

Turns the recipe into ready-to-use titles.

02

Script

Every script bakes in your niche's proven formulas — not generic AI copy.

Script Generator

Writes the full script from your idea and niche profile, fact-checked against live web search, holding to your word count and pacing.

Script Chunking

Splits the script into scene-length excerpts that later stages sync against.

03

Voiceover

The chunked script becomes a fully voiced, precisely timed track in one pass.

Voice Generation

Choose a voice and tune the read. Voiceover is matched back to each chunk with word-level timing — the clock every later stage syncs to.

04

Visuals

Every scene gets its own generated image — not one asset reused throughout.

Scene Images

One image per scene, matched to its composition and setting, using style references from your niche profile.

Character Consistency

Locks a character's look across scenes and videos, so the same character stays recognizable throughout.

05

Animation

Still frames become motion where it counts.

Scene Animation

Pick which scenes to animate — a motion prompt turns the still into short video, with a lighter pan-and-zoom option for the rest.

06

Render

Renders automatically once voiceover, visuals, and timing are ready — no manual editing.

Video Assembly

Assembles the final MP4, frame-accurate to the voiceover's word-level timing — not estimated from word count.

07

Thumbnail

Runs independently — start as soon as you have a script or idea.

Thumbnail CTR Analysis

Analyze a reference thumbnail — yours or a competitor's — to see what's actually driving clicks.

Thumbnail Generator

Generates multiple CTR-optimized variants, informed by your niche's thumbnail psychology.

End to end

How the pipeline runs.

Research. It starts with Research. Niche Profile analysis turns competitor video performance into a viral recipe — title formulas, hook patterns, thumbnail psychology, anti-patterns to avoid — and the Idea Generator turns that recipe into ready-to-use titles. Every later stage reads from the recipe it produces.

Script. From a chosen idea, Script generation writes the full script — hooks, pacing, and structure matched to your niche — fact-checked against live web search as it writes. The finished script is then chunked into scene-length excerpts for later stages to sync against.

Voiceover. That chunked script goes straight into Voiceover, rendering a full voice track and matching it back to each chunk with word-level timing — the clock every later stage syncs to.

Visuals. In parallel, Visuals generates an image per scene, using style references and a character system to keep recurring subjects consistent.

Animation. Any generated scene can then be picked for motion: Animation writes a motion prompt and turns the still into short video, with a lighter pan-and-zoom for the rest.

Render. Render brings it together automatically — voiceover, the animated (or zoomed) scenes, and the word-level timing — into one finished MP4.

Thumbnail. Thumbnail runs on its own track, needing only a script or idea. CTR Analysis breaks down what makes a reference thumbnail click, and the Generator produces multiple CTR-optimized variants from there.

Common questions.

Every stage in this pipeline — Research, Script, Voiceover, Visuals, Animation, Render, and Thumbnail — is included on every plan. There's no add-on tier that unlocks specific tools.

Yes. You don't have to run the full pipeline. Generate a script without touching visuals, run Thumbnail CTR Analysis on a video you made elsewhere, or use the Idea Generator on its own to workshop titles. Every stage accepts its own inputs independently.

Faceless YouTube channel operators who want the strategy work — competitor research, hook patterns, thumbnail psychology — handled with the same rigor as the production work, instead of guessing at what to make next.

With Research. Running a Niche Profile analysis on a few competitor channels gives every later stage — Script, Idea Generator, Thumbnail — real data to work from instead of generic defaults.

Claude writes scripts and analyzes your niche. Gemini generates scene and thumbnail images. Google's Veo animates scenes. ElevenLabs renders voiceover. Whisper handles word-level timing.
